jjwan does not charge fees on standard withdrawal requests. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside jjwan's control.
Once a withdrawal request is submitted, it enters a brief processing review. During this period the funds are reserved and cannot be used for betting. You may cancel a pending withdrawal request before it has been processed — cancelled withdrawal amounts are returned to your playable balance immediately.
